Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology™ (AK) is a unique health care system. It recognizes that appropriate body mechanics, biochemistry and emotional health are all fundamental to optimal health.

Professional Applied Kinesiology

Your nervous system monitors and coordinates all your body interactions. On that basis, the Applied Kinesiology™ practitioner uses muscle testing to assess your nervous system function and find a solution to your health concerns.

In Australia, Applied Kinesiology™ is trademarked so the Australian public can identify accredited practitioners who are holistic primary health care professionals highly skilled in the assessment and application of structural correction, nutrition, cranio-sacral therapy, meridian therapy, visceral (organ) therapy, immune system function, Retained Neonatal Reflexes® and many other health aspects.

Alice has also studied ‘Touch For Health’ which is Kinesiology taught to anyone who want to learn. Applied Kinesiology is taught only to chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists and medical practitioners.

My daughter’s story…

When my daughter was diagnosed with a learning difficulty at age 5, I contacted many of my colleagues within the chiropractic profession, to find a practitioner to help me resolve her problem.

All my enquiries took me to Applied Kinesiology. After the first 150 hours of seminars I began working with my daughter and I am delighted to assure you that she no longer has any learning problems at all.

Through the AK work we also did emotional corrections, (NET Neuro-Emotional Technique), to resolve the ideas that were forming for her about not being smart. She is a fabulous, healthy, happy clever girl now in high school, no issues remain.

As a result, I now have lots of kids in my practice who have experienced learning and behaviour challenges and I am delighted to report that we are changing their little lives which makes a really big difference to their parents! Hi guys!

The AK seminars called the RNR’s, (Retained Neonatal Reflexes), are amazing at normalising the neurology for kids like this, as well as adults who weren’t so lucky to find AK in their childhood.

I feel so fortunate to be a part of the community of AK chiropractors who ceaselessly amaze me with their generosity and openness so we can all learn from each other.

I also feel so fortunate to be able to help my patients, regardless of the symptoms with which they present. AK is truly amazing. Oh, and after 20 years of back pain, thanks to AK, I no longer have back pain.
